BBQ Pork Burrito

The Campside Chef’s own BBQ spice rub recipe is used to coat the pork. The pork is sautéed with red onions, green bell peppers, hickory smoked bacon, beans and rice. Finished with BBQ sauce and served hot in a tortilla wrap with smoked cheddar cheese.

Bison Slider

Ground Bison infused with a special blend of cognac, herbs, and spices. Topped with smoked Gouda cheese on a homemade slider roll flavored with caramelized shallots, garlic, basil, oregano, and thyme. Served with homemade dijonnaise potato salad & coleslaw.


Cajun Chicken Stir-Fry

Get a taste of New Orleans at the top of the mountain with thinly sliced Andouille sausage & chicken that are blended with onions, green peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and a special blend of seasonings with brown rice.

Coq Au Vin

This French classic has chicken that is braised in red wine, wild mushrooms, and bacon. Served on a bed of rice with seasonal vegetable.


Ribeye Steak & Cheese Wrap

Ribeye beef, sliced thin and sautéed with sweet onions and bell peppers. Topped with provolone cheese and wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with homemade dijonnaise potato salad & coleslaw.

Seafood Medley

If you’re a seafood lover then this is the one for you! Shrimp, scallops, and lobster with a blend of marinated artichokes, mushrooms, and red peppers are sautéed then finished with jasmine rice.


Seafood Newburg

Lobster, shrimp, and scallops sautéed, then simmered in a sherry wine cream sauce. Served on a bed of jasmine rice with seasonal vegetable.

Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

This savory entrée starts with thinly sliced NY beef ribeye that is combined with a blend of bell peppers, garlic, and green onions that are infused with sesame oil, soy sauce and finished with jasmine rice.


THE ADIRONDACK

Imported premium di Parma prosciutto sandwich with red leaf lettuce, roasted red bell peppers, fresh mozzarella & basil, topped with cracked black peppercorns & balsamic glaze. Served on a homemade slider roll flavored with caramelized shallots, garlic, basil, oregano, and thyme. Served with homemade dijonnaise potato salad & coleslaw.

THE CATSKILL

Hickory smoked peppercorn encrusted turkey sandwich with bacon, red leaf lettuce, tomato, sweet onion, pepper jack cheese and country Dijon mustard. Served on a homemade slider roll flavored with caramelized shallots, garlic, basil, oregano, and thyme. Served with homemade dijonnaise potato salad & coleslaw.


Veal Marsala

Tender veal cutlet, sautéed & simmered with Marsala wine and mushrooms. Served on a bed of angel hair pasta with seasonal vegetables.

Veggie Stir-Fry

This veggie delight has a seasonal blend of locally grown vegetables that are sautéed in olive oil and infused with fresh herbs and spices, and then finished with brown rice.
